Headlight beam

Hello,
I have a Californian car, in the UK, but going to export to Spain. Question is are the headlights universal for driving on the LH and RH side of the road or can the be adjusted if not.
Any help much appreciated.
Thanks

They are not the same, the beam is slightly offset towards the side of the road for whichever side you drive on.
UK RHD lights would tend to dazzle oncoming traffic in Spain.
You may be able to use cutoff stickers if you can’t adjust them enough.
If it is a permanent move to Spain, you will probably have to do some kind of inspection to get it registered there and you could be made to change them if they are RHD light units.

OK thanks, I thought that would be the case..
It's weird as if I go to Dapper or other sites (generally US) it doesn't give you an option.

Bit confusing as I don't want the US to send me a set for a UK set up.

I'll try and contact them direct.

I think there is a problem with their website. The site is only listing single headlamps not pairs. It normally shows them as a pair and allows you to chose beam pattern (US or UK). Well it did last week when I was looking 🤨
