Following recent controversy over Nissan's decision to charge for parts enquiries on "grey import" models, there has been a major U-turn on policy.
With immediate effect as of 23rd May import vehicle enquiries will once again be handled free of charge. Also, NMGB are looking at ways to increase the volume of parts listed on their parts master file to reduce the number of specific enquiries for "grey import" vehicles.
