Hello all,

Just wanted to show you my Newly designed TC Rods for the S30's.
Huge improvements in mounting, and weight reduction.

Custom made DOM tubular body w/wrench flats for easy adjustments. Each body starts out with a weight of around 1.50 lbs. When completed, the tubelar body is reduced to almost half that ( 0.70 lb ).

Solid Tie Rod Mount ( Unbinding movement ). Same style used by some Z rally teams in the 70's..... Super tuff, and reliable.

Suspension grade clevis, with Cold plate steel "Dogleg". Same as original design by ZCC. allows the continued alignments between the LCA and TC as you move your Caster adjustment.

Dogleg and Clevis is secured by a Grade *8 Shoulder bolt, and two safety devices.. This includes a wave washer and prevailing torque nut. ( helps to minimize the possibilities of this coming undone during driving conditions.

I'm very excited to show these off... These turned out much nicer than I could of hoped for!!

I'm also working on a few other great S30 mods. I'll post them when they are complete.

Best RegardZ,
B.

Very nice indeed, some thought has gone into those, I use a similar set but they are immensively heavy and somewhat "over" engineered, if your pricing was right I might be persuaded to try a pair.

.................and why is there no carbon fibre used (only kidding)

I sell them for $225 set...

I sold a full set of my early design TC and LCA's to member: 240Z.
Phil can give you his first impressions of my components.. (I know he liked them).

I've also changed my LCA's to eliminate the dogleg all together. It allows the clevis to bolt directly to the LCA. It turn out just as nice as the TC did.. I will post pictures of it soon.
