Datsun 1800SSS Coupe at Dunkeswell

Decided to take the RedZ for a rare and final outing this year yesterday before Winter storage.
ReFuel event at Mansell Raceway, Dunkeswell in Devon

It is an event for petrolheads who just like cars, no dress code so to speak, just park up in what you arrive in. Hence mostly moderns around but a few nice classics here and there.

This was the most interesting.
I know some of you on here will appreciate this one.

1978 Datsun 180B SSS Coupe
Original RHD UK car sold new in Exeter
Not many others (if any?) left on the road in UK today

Less than Ten 810 coupes left in UK roads. This has been fantastically restored.

The 810 coupe has always sat in the shadows of the more popular Bluebird and violet coupes and as such are quite thin on the ground in EU, US, Aus and even Japan.

Apparently it was un-allocated at DVLA and the owner bought it from them for £300, bargain!
