not a lot i bet, best car ive seen for sale lately was a mint preface lift turbo at 6k....very rare these days to find one,i prefer the harder more aggressive look of the preface lift turbo over the later rounded facelift version but thats just my preference.finding a manual NA will be quite hard but possible ,but where do you find the stuff for a turbo conversion these days with no cars about?,you could source parts from the states for the conversion but if it was me i would wait to find the best car you can here,i can tell you though for nothing, preface lift turbo brakediscs are virtually impossible to find, new radiators are unavailable in the uk ...many parts are unobtainable although service items are easy to find, bodyshells rot anywhere and they do....especially prefacelift.,windscreens also seem to crack....if you find one and intend to keep it like me you will have to be a spares hoarder cos theres just none about these days

Where did you see that for sale?. It's hard to know what to do. I really want one as I don't know anyone that has one.

I know of a very original UK supplied Z31 with just 34k miles and 2 owners from new. Must be amongst the best, if not the best example left in the UK. It is however na and an automatic and would take all of your budget for the owner to even consider selling.

If it was manual I'd be interested!

Hi, I've got a 1988/89 Z31 (automatic) in red. It's sound bodily but some mechanical issues beyond my capabilities, and I'm not looking to spend a lot of money restoring it. Ideally I would like someone to buy it as a restoration project as it's a lovely car and I'll be sad to see it go.

You need to join the Z31 Owners & Drivers group on Facebook, a couple of nice ones on there at the moment. Good luck with the hunt!
