Morning all,

After some new PCV hoses for my 88 non turbo Z31, can’t see to be able to find them anywhere in the UK. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

Many Thanks
Jake

Evening mate, hopefully you can see the attachments I’ve put up up. The hoses required are circled in red ! 2/3 have sadly broken up with age. Any help would be fantastic, many thanks
Jake

£39.31 for both hoses inc shipping for both hoses sent from japan,by the time they get here with import vat you are looking at about £47.17 although sometimes in the past i have also been charged something like a £8 "holding" fee but not everytime........or i can see if i have any thing at the weekend in my spares

i take it the hoses are split and leaking? you can get the drivers side hose from the states for about £18-20 posted, but the passenger side ive seen is more like £53 posted, hence its cheaper for both from japan,if you want to do some searching yourself the part numbers i think are drivers 11828V5200 passengers 11827V5202

That’s not too bad I also require the hose that goes to the idle solenoid too. What sort of time frame are we looking ?

I had to remove them to replace the injectors are they are very brittle to be fair the passenger one would go again that’s ok. However the drivers one and the idle solenoid one broke up on removal

ok i would get the drivers one from the states, you can get it on ebay its item number 294948151374,im sure its the one you need but theres no harm to double check by messaging them, the idle solenoid one i take it is the hose underneath the expensive passenger side hose you pictured? if so thats looking to be hard to find at min so may have to be secondhand

Hello Found this listed online they look correct however it shows it’s for a VG30T mines obviously not a turbo but they look identical, do you know if they are the same or not ? Many thanks

i am certain the hose you want is part number 2378601p00 which has been unavailable for a long time ,the turbo model uses a straight pipe in said location,i have used every contact and web source to find it but to no avail, unless you can find a servicable s/h hose i would suggest going to a friendly old school motorfactor who will have a look in their "backroom" to match or cut to fit a suitable hose,or hydraulic hose specialists might be able to sort some hose, you might even have to reroute the hose a bit,it shouldnt be too difficult many others have had the same problem and made something fit

theres also plenty of pcv hose bends etc on ebay, just measure your pipe od on both pipes and look for something adaptable, bear in mind normal hose will not do as it will collapse it has to be pcv type hosing or equivalent
