It's a Clan Clover, similar to a Clan crusader but with a mid mounted Alfa engine.

Looks nothing like a Z31 though

My money is on the Manta personally. As an owner of a Z31 I cannot see the similaraity myself.

Me and a mate bought an old manta berlinetta once. It was a lot curvier than this later model. The doors had no outer frame and so when the window was down and the door open they looked daft as hell because they were soooo long. Under the vast bonnet was a small lump too. You could get in there with it. Still looked cool though. Was white and had the texture vinyl roof (remember those!) Awesome.

I would add that it is a subliminal similarity rather than an obvious one.Admittedly I have seen Clan Crusaders before and never though "300zx lookalike" but from that angle and the side windows it strangely does
