The CD does tell you but if I remember it's just a fraction open (about a millimetre). I wouldn't worry too much as once you have them bolted on you'll get it right with an air flow meter.
I forgot to do it and the car would still start but stalled as soon as you come off the throttle (for obvious reasons). So I just used the screw at the very top of the linkage (is it called fast idle screw?) to get it idling, then set about adjusting with the airflow metre.
I didn't realise they did that customs thing, so I had my buddy forward them in the mail. Would love to know what happens.
