Interesting you should ask because I'm looking for exactly the same! I found a place or 2 that will make them up and you can provide designs for them to set in resin. I'll dig out a link later.

But, if someone else comes up an alternative I would be interested :)

P.S. I've a set of caps in reasonable condition for my wheels but did consider importing the ones you linked to. If you are at all interested in getting some new ones we could share the postage perhaps?
