Importing parts from America: we have a regular consolidated shipment of parts from two major USA suppliers - Motorsport Auto and Stillen. We have enjoyed a long and productive relationship with these guys from the early days of the Z Club Parts Department to the present day and ship every 6-8 weeks.
Motorsport Auto have a fantastic selection of repair and restoration components for earlier models and a great range of repair and cosmetic parts for later Zs. They are constantly adding new restoration components to the range and also producing modern alternatives to improve the early cars and bring them up to date.
Stillen have grown into a huge organisation catering for a vast range of modern cars, but their roots are with Nissan. Steve Millen used to successfully race an IMSA Z32 and even competed and won in class at Le Mans. We import their urethane body kit components for Z32, Z33 and Z34 models and have used many of their performance components on our own 350Z.
Using the MJP connection covers the shipping, clearance fees, airport fees and import duty (not to mention the hassle) for you. The price to you is £1.00 per $1.00 + the inevitable VAT. Importing small quantities or low priced items is not usually a viable alternative as shipping and other fees quickly erodes the perceived advantage of the exchange rate. Also, we become your direct supplier in the UK and handle any problems or breakages for you.
It is sometimes possible to obtain individual parts more quickly where we can buy in quantity - never be afraid to ask, particularly with the number of items becoming unavailable from Nissan UK. Nissan USA often have the parts in store and can be significantly cheaper despite the distance factor.
