The list should contain....

996 gt3
997.2 gts
997.2 turbo s
993 c4
993 c2s

:)
I wouldn't have a 996 in any form, even GT3 they are just awful looking at front end, I never liked them even when I sold them. And if I could afford any of the others I'd not be looking at £20k cars at all.....!!
Although if you can find me a 997 for under £20k I'm in... :D
Even 997.1 C2S, which I'd have all day long if I could find one anywhere near my budget, have started climbing again and I know there are cheaper examples out there but this is a good spec car...

I'm guessing JK actually needs some money left over to finish the 510 :D
Exactly, I've still another chunk of cash heading that way before it's anywhere near the road yet.

£20K 997's are only available with bore scoring. 997.1 non turbos can all suffer this

the later 996 with the slightly better lights are not so bad as long as the engine checks out

Running costs on any Porsche is not cheap, all those pipes that go from the back to the front always rust or break...springs crack and rubber joints last 10 years only

The Imp back in the day always felt a nippy little thing and that was when we had our Mexico escorts and lotus cortinas etc, blimey I’m almost an old git,was it that long ago
One of mine is being restored and will have a BMW K1100 engine in the back giving roughly twice the bhp and about 50% more torque, so should be even more nippy than usual.
