They are 17x9 with 205/50/17 tyres, don't know the offset. Car belongs/belonged to Jared Cullop

I like that style of wheel, looks like atleast 17s ,Japan racing wheels JR10

They are very similar to JR10's but If memory serves me well they are CCW from USA as I've enquired about those wheels myself.

Also, I believe they are 17's upgrade to a 5 lug wheel.

Ian, did anyone come back to you in regards to 16x8 ET10 wheels?

So it seems my wheel are +10 not -10 spo my sizing calculations wern't correct for my new wheels.

Does anyone reckon I'll have any problems running 16x8 +10 wheels, I was thinking I could run +12 or +15 but I'm not sure what offsets are available yet. I already seem to have plenty room on the inside so once my 2.25" coilovers are fitted I'll have loads of room. Planning to run 225/45/16 tyres.

For a stock setup I wouldn't plan on running 225's but as I plan to put a lot of power through the tyres shortly I want plenty of rubber. This is just a measure to get me by until I get something like Watanabe R types.

No, but I now have that size fitted and I can confirm they fit fine, although they won't fit the front unless you have coilovers as the stock setup is too wide.

I could have run ET15 on the rear as there is still plenty of room but the ET10's work fine anyway.

Hi guys,

Wondering whether a 15x9 et0 rim will fit on a stock body 240Z, lowered springs by around 2 inches with kyb gas cartridges?

I'm thinking either 225/50 tyres or really pushing it... 205/55 tyres? It's more for aesthetics to be honest as I'm not going to be driving like a mad man.

I had 15x8 et0 with 225/50 tyres on a stock body 260Z (2 seater) which cleared and that had pretty much the same suspension set up as above..

I know someone with 15x9 et0 wheels on a 240z - its lowered on coilovers and it doesn't rub - the arches aren't rolled either. Not sure on the tyres but they do have a little stretch on them. So its possible - tyre choice will have an impact obviously. Just don't go too tall or wide on the tread width.

This can be useful:

I'm running 16x8 et10 rota grid with 225/45x16 r888. Fit fine and don't rub. I do have adjustable camber plates and bottom arms all round though. I went for 45 profile because they are cheaper but may go back to 50's as I prefer the look of them.

I had 225/50/16 on my rota grids and they slightly rubbed on one side on a lowered USA import but I changed to 205/55/16 and it was fine but saying that it does depend on the make of tyre as not all tyres are the same shape even if they are the same size

Hey guys,

What's the general consensus on Techno Phantoms? I'm not sure whether I'd like to track some down or not, think they'd suit a white 240?

I don't like them and they look weak (i.e. dangerous).

I know it's personal taste but the centres look like something that should be hanging from a Christmas tree.

They could be a Christmas present to myself? What's wrong with Christmas decorations anyway, are you Scrooge??

I think I'm just after something a bit different, a bit rare, a bit jdm but still have that classic look :)
