Alternatively, if the overcome issues with ice hydrogen engines, you could have a hybrid fuelled only by hydrogen, fuel cell to small battery electric motor for local runs or when performance is required, boosting the ice engine.

Requires a huge infrastructure change to get hydrogen at 10000psi to tanks to remain in liquid form at room temps.

At the rate gas and electricity prices are going up, it will soon cost more to charge an EV than fill up your Z!

In Devizes, we have a few EVs, a few of which are outside terraced housing with no opportunity to run a lead from the house due to it crossing a pavement. We have one public charge point on station road. It's a 7 kW type 2 so slow charging and access is 8 am until 6pm (peak times!) Tues, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. So 40 hours per week availability. At 7 kW, it takes 10 hours to charge a tesla so our single charger can only recharge 4 cars per week.... (if its working...)

It's taxis, public transport and delivery vehicles that ought to be running on 'clean' fuels first.

Good point! now that I think about it what's the % of contribution of CO2 from Airplanes? Maybe planes should be in the list for the first ones running clean
