yeah, don't think the grill is a keeper. They have some nice mesh at Halfords that will serve ;-)I'd take the sunroof over that fire grate hanging off the front!

Note to self, to assist my OCD, when buying 3 boxes of sound deadening and OEM firewall sound deadening, make sure you buy all of them in the same colour

Got my new front hubs. 6 months for these! Almost too pretty to fit to a car.
My Hazet spot weld drill works, It was quite therapeutic removing the panel, although I'm not quite sure what I've let myself in for.

Taking the top panel off was fairly obvious, although the spot weld locations weren't all obvious.
How to cut out the next layer needs a bit of thought - not sure where to make the cuts yet. Anyone?

Just a tip: brush the panel in question with a rotary steel brush first, all the spot welds will shine up instantly (they get polished). Following I used a pen and marked all positions to drill.Taking the top panel off was fairly obvious, although the spot weld locations weren't all obvious.
