Hi guys, Chris the other 350z coming) has confirmed they'll only stay with us for 2 nights, so they'll share our mobile home as it has got more than 1 room. Activities wise, I had a look at the table Sean has posted and again I did direct Chris to this thread so if he's interested he'll say

I will sort the accomadtion side of things, the other bedroom in your mobile home has two single beds - hope this is OK (will need to know ASAP if not) I will arrange bed linen for these beds but you will be charged for this (5 euros per bed)
See you on Sunday, I'll bring directions for the campsite etc

The almost definitive list and costings !
I still need to hear from The Minel as to whether they are 4 and what they are doing - I have two Puy du Fou tickets extra that I'll hold for the weekend - after that I'm selling them to avoid being out of pocket !
Not too expensive I think - add the cost of mobile homes and bedding but still !
We should be 15 Zs/ZXs !

right guys, as I sd I can't speak for Chris on what he and his mrs will want to do. he knows where this thread is.
Suz, guess Chris and Tracey would like a double bed as well as debbie and I. if not possible, I'm getting the double bed
wrt the show tickets Sean, Debbie and I will DEFINITELY have 2. Again, for Chriss' i don't know what he wants to do. I have again emailed him with a link to this thread.
Please find attached the file whcih includes the activities myself and Debbie will do 100%, hopefully Chris will reply soon too

And Chris - we don't see you after Saturday lunchtime ? I have two tickets for the Friday night show - you'll only realise how lucky you were when it starts !
I will be calling the Ferme Auberge early next week to confirm that you won't be eating with us - the €25 pp is all in - food, drinks - the lot and is 25 drive back to the campsite along unfrequented roads.....!

thanks mate but we'll pass on the restaurants We'll be so shattered from the previous day we'll probbaly go to bed at 9 lol
Chris is staying with us only for the first 2 nights then they'll be travelling to Milau and then Monaco and he'll be joining me back up north in Spa for the Euro race, then we are off to the Nurburgring, we've both got 2 full weeks off to enjoy! (at the end of which I'll be extremely skint )

Thanks for the offer, but neither myself or my better half hav visited the south of France before, so we thought we would take the opportunity of our two weeks over there to try and fit in some of the sights don there.
Im really looking forward to this - thanks again for organising the events you have, looks like everyone will have a fantastic time!

can you let me know if you want to share a mobile home with The Minel (he will have two single beds going spare) or do you want you own mobile home and double bed?
If you want your own mobile home will you want bedlinen? (and is that for one or two nights?) sorry for all the questions!!
Oh one more, will you be coming down with Val? If not drop me a line and I'll send you some directions

You're welcome.....but you can keep the south of France and the best way to visit would be to take a Ryan Air flight to Nimes and hire a car there. Another day, I might be organising a Z trip down that way to meet up with all the Z loonies down there ! If you want some contact numbers (yes, they speak English) don't hesitate to ask this weekend ! You never know if you'll be in the sh*t and need a friendly face !

Suzy - for the two nights myself and Tracy are going to be in with Val and Debbie. Val kindly offered, though after the long drive on the Friday he may think better of that when I start snoring.
We are also travelling down with Val too - but please feel free to email me a copy of the directions, as fate will obviously cause me to lose Val if I havent got my own set of directions.
