Do any members have experience of the Unichip Piggyback programmable computer add-on? Either directly on the ZX or on other fuel injected cars? Looking to glean information on direct experience - what sort of gains? Good set-up engineers? Worth the exorbitant cost?

Let us know.....

Have been told that Unichip and DTA are both very good.  There is a company in Chesterfield who are supposed to be very good, enclosed rolling road setup with aircon and fast air pumps/fans.  I think that they are called John Nobles.

Interpro in Bristol can map the unichip quite well, especially Dave Griffiths, also rare motorsport just off M25/M1 ? junction are authorised distibutors, they are aslso south african, which is where the Dasek chips come from, early versions were not very good as wiring is taken from the coil, as the Zed has 6, this signal was not very good, newer versions of chip are now suitable for the Zed and offer good gains, price circa £450 fitted and set up.
