Tyre Valves for Slot Mags

I've a set of Shelby Slot Mags and am going to replace the tyres. Currently the wheels have metal stemmed valves but they don't all match.

My question is - will standard rubber valves fit or is the wheel too thick for them to fit?

I quite like the look of the metal stems but the valve is in line with the face of the wheel rather than forward on the rim so the fact they don't flex makes it more difficult to get the airline on them.

I wondered about standard valves and some chrome stem covers to improve the look.

Any advice would be appreciated. If you've used a particular product you can recommend that would be great.

Thanks Mike. They look quite interesting and will definitely make life easier. I'll have to think about the aesthetics.

Yes, this was my original thinking - the rubber valves can be supplied by the fitter and will have a little flex in them. Then I can put on the covers to pretty things up. Thanks for the link, they seem to be a good source for all types.
