What makes 2019 even more interesting is
50 years of the Z
30 years of the Z32
10 years of the 350Z

The 300zx Owners Club (we have re branded from 300zx.co.uk )would love to take part in any joint event Steve and help out where we can. Have you been in touch with Al on the 350z club yet?

Really. Do you mean Japfest? I don't think of that as "ours".
I've spent 14 hours working with Land Rover at our county show today so I'm too tired to respond much now, other than....

Really Jon, I've put 5 years into trying to grow Donington into a show that Z owners really want to attend and look forward to, yet you don't even seem to be aware of it, guess I'm doing it wrong.

I do have more input and observations but can't be arsed tonight, I'm knackered, see you tomorrow....

Ah the Samuri gathering. No offence intended JK.
I didn't think of that as something we the zclub organised ("our Donnington...").
I forgot Rob is now a Samuri owner

A show of combined strength in 2019 would be good for all the Z clubs for sure. Bring it on.

Donington weekend sounds like a great idea, as long as they allow us better site and make a big event of it with us. Happy to help Steve. Perhaps this and some regional events? Tour of Britain, or Wales coast?
Perhaps as a charity fundraiser?

Central?

Just been catching up on this thread and can't help comment on how some members perceive Silverstone to be central. Really? have you guys actually looked at a map of the UK (I've attached one). Silverstone could only be classed as central if for some reason the furthest point of the UK is Manchester. There actually is a real place called The North of England and a whole country called Scotland, trust me there is, have a look at the map. :D

I'm down south and looked at Silverstone. For me it would be really convenient but like imustaveit I checked the map and could not in good conscious opt for it as being central. Donington looks fairer although still a long way south of Scotland.............

I can't find the pushpin map that was started to see where everyone is.

As well as location do we take into consideration the best venue?

Silverstone is not geographically central, somewhere like Leeds is.

However it's probably central as far as Z owners of the various Clubs is concerned.

I live near Leicester which is classed as East Midlands - I'm not in the East and I'm not Midland if you look at the map.

Anyone can suggest a venue with the reasoning behind it, we are open to suggestions at this stage. However if we don't put a suggestion forward for comment we will struggle to get a consensus.

Tatton Park?

What about Tatton Park? Stately Home to visit, annual classic car show, central for everyone (except Sean) and on site camping and local hotels.
