Some setting change required for Firefox?

Test attachments - no still solid red blank out / allowance exceeded...

There is a setting in Firefox that is likely to be blocking this, I will find out what it is and let you know.

No formatting controls work, no Smilies, just basic text input. The "Remove text formatting" button top left is inactive and shows a red X through the two overlapping As.

Mike, have you checked your settings in the User CP?

From the Forum button at the top go to User CP, in the lefthand menu click on Edit Options under the Settings & Options subsection. Scroll all the way down to Miscellaneous Options and make sure Enhanced Interface is selected rather than Basic Editor.

Make sure you do this in Firefox, as it might be using a different cookie to IE.

It might not be the problem but it's worth checking out.

Enhanced interface has always been selected (and still is). This all started out of the blue last week - no other changes took place that I am aware of...

Have you ran any Firefox updates?
Downloading the latest version (6.0.2) to see if it helps
