No it wasn't you, it had reverted back to the old template for some reason! Fixed it again lol can you give it a try and confirm whether it works or not please?

Cheers,

Andy

Still not working :(

seems to be trying to load "370zclub.net" then comes up with a can't find server at 370zclub.net

Tried in FF and IE6 with same result

I reckon that Mr Burns has adopted my approach and pressed the wrong button :D:D

Shouldn't take the mick really as he has managed to do much better than I could

Just tried it and its working fine here. It was doing as you said before I made the changes. Try again tomorrow and let me know - it could be down to caching issues...

Just tried the 370 theme again and it's still not working in either FF or IE

Have cleared cache in FF but doesn't seem to make any difference.

Will try the lappy later to see if it works on that.

Just tried laptop and it seems to work on that -well in FF anyway-don't know why it wont work on desktop. If it was just FF I would suspect a cache issue, but it doesn't work in IE either.

***** computers

Very strange! Have you tried Ctrl-F5 to force a cache refresh?

Yes first thing I tried. It might be the script blocking software or one of the other security measures, but can't see why it would only be on that theme.

Oh and the good news is it works on the laptop, the bad news is that the tech section doesn't show in the 370 theme :)

That could explain it - its all displayed through javascript ;) Another possibility is ISP caching but I seriously doubt that over this time span!!

It does show in the 370 theme - if you click on the "Rest of ZClub" tab ;) :D

Stranger and Stranger......

I tried disabling script and add blockers -no change, and as IE doesn't have the same features this was not really a surprise.

I then managed to get it to work by logging out and back in again -clearing cookies. if I click remember me the next time I open the site it displays the 370Z theme but if I try and change to another scheme and then go back to the 370Z I get the same problem.

It is not really a problem as I don't use that theme anyway, and I can make it work by logging out, but it would be interesting to know why it is not working. I suspect there is a caching issue somewhere which will hopefully clear itself at some point.

I suspect that your profile links you to the default theme when you log in.

My default appears to log me in to classic, but this is just because the "default" is the same.

If your default was set before the change this could be a factor.,

I have set your default to "370Z"

Let me know if you see any difference.

Thanks for trying that

Just tried it and if I log out and back in again I get the 370Z theme. If I change it to hill climb and then try and change back to 370Z it seems to try and open 370zclub.net and I get the error maessage. So pretty much same as before.

Unless anyone else has the same problem I wouldn't worry about it too much

It is slightly niggling as I get annoyed when I can't make the D*** thing do what its supposed to but I don't think I'll be losing any sleep over it!

Thats answered the problem - I know what it is now and I'll rectify it tomorrow. Thanks to both for your investigations :)

Well done that man :D

Well nearly....

The 370Z theme seems to be working fine now. I can change to it and back with no problems in FF and IE6 so that is now fixorated (where's the crossed figures smiley?)

The only issue seems to be that the Technical section is not showing yet. -Mind you 370 owners shouldn't need it as they will still be under warranty :):)

Yay! lol..

It is there - if you go to the 370 theme, then click on the "Rest of ZClub" tab (just below the chatbox) it should be listed in there :)

Cheers,

Andy

Can someone have a look at the electrical bit of the tech section, something aint quite right with the S30(240Z,260Z,280Z) sub section and the heater blower wiring thread.

Thanks
