Steering column adjustment

Tried a search but not found anything.
Currently at work so cannot look at the car.

Is it possible to adjust the column for height? Ideally I'd like to raise the wheel by about 3/4" or thereabouts to make getting in and out easier and give a better view of the dash.

Yep. Cut and reweld the brackets under driver seat to desired height to allow ease of access and improve view

Cheeky Sod! I had to read that twice before I realised what you were doing. I want to adjust the column, not the seat. Actually, is the seat adj..................

There are (or there can be) spacers between the seat runners and the plate on the floor to adjust height and angle.
