Sr20 gearbox into my 240z .

Not yet - but the parts are all sitting in my garage! I'm planning to refurb all the suspension and am aiming to do everything, including the swap, in one big hit. It's having the time though and it's all slipped to #3 on the priority list for the year (behind new head gasket and getting bonnet repainted due to micro-blistering).
Leo, if your current clutch and flywheel handle the power/torque ok stick to those (obviously check for wear).
Just in case you don't know:
If you start mixing and matching things then just be aware that you need to match the release collar to the pressure plate. Have a search on here - generally speaking the 225mm and 240mm clutches need different collars because the clutches are a different depth (distance of 'spring-fingers' from the flywheel). If you get it wrong you may not be able to get enough 'travel' to operate the clutch.
Morning all . Gearbox removed last night . I have a 240mm setup . I wanted to know could I use something like this ?
It's states an upgrade for the sr20det from 240 to 250mm

Hi, I don't know either - but I have read on hybridz that you can fit an RB clutch, but need the RB flywheel too.

It seems a lot of faf when you can get 240mm L engine clutches that'll handle plenty of power. How much are you going to have?

That's what my car is running now . I don't aim to go anymore than that . It's only used for the street and only used when it's drive . Lol
That's the thing though . There is plenty of skylines running around the 400ish mark with the standard flywheel.
I'm just happy to drive it really .
