Yes on this thread I do want you to shut up going on about the prices of the S30 and the complete lake of value of the S130 after all 14 post out of a total of 38 by you self does tend to just go over the same thing time and time again and again

Just hitting the nail 'til it goes in Blobby :D !

If the S30 'value' (subjective) is a 'lake', then the S130 is a pond.

Do you believe I have something against ZXs ?

I've stated in B and W that I don't so which of my statements do you want to discard to belive others ?

Hugs and kisses and btw, Jukes don't count.:p

Hi John.

It'd be nice to see some of the indepth shots of her restoration as the word is so often abused in car ads. A red exterior is not MY favourite colour but I nearly bought a white one with a red interior - works as well.

And Blobby, my Z might just not finish with a black interior....

Kev : like me - age and as per my green to yellow transformation, it's time again to rethink the formula.;););)

And something that slots in between both prices :

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/331558499...&_trkparms=gh1g=I331558499949.N36.S2.R10.TR20 £8000

http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C608454 £6900

All going to show that Johns' is by far the best value ZX !

I'm looking at this one too : http://www.marktplaats.nl/a/auto-s/...remarketing&utm_campaign=CA_FB_Buy_RHS_Criteo €6250/ £4400, comparable to Johns' but LHD for us intercontinentales.:)

John, I'd very much to see more photos and have more details please by email - I am currently looking for another 2+2 and a ZX is again on my option list.

Thanks.

Shame! It's in SUCH a great condition, but I doubt it would make £8k+

Hope john got a good price.

Yep it looked worth every penny of the £5k asking price, I will be surprised if it makes anywhere near the £8k mark.

There's been a couple of 280ZXs that were originally on the market for £4-5k that have been bought by

dealers who are now asking £9.5-£12.5k!...I think that they may have them in stock for a very long time!!

Cheerz,
Jez.

Bought at £4.5, advertised at double that and sold for something in between is still a profit and pushes up the values.....just think wat that C and S article has done for them.

It's like Big Brother or some paranoid cop behind a street surveillance camera - did you ever see the Monty Python aeroplane in-cockpit scene where they watch for some poor git go to the lav. and then annonce everyone must immediately return to their seats.....?

Go buy a ZX mate as a future investment.

The trouble is that the high asking prices seem to be for red on red ,or maroon on red or white on red cars!

I don't mind those colour schemes, but to fetch a good sale price they really need to be in a more forgiving interior colour scheme, such as black and grey or blue and grey, or even brown and beige!

But it their redness that is so special, so '80s.....love it or hate it - you can't ignore it !:D

I could live with that, a great car for the longer journeys and spare the 260Z , very interested at the price, just have to tell the boss to make room in the warehouse!

Is it still for sale? and is there a link to some more pictures, I could do with a serious look, cash and a warm warehouse waiting
