Does any know what i have done to make the typing on the website all go small

You've probably changed the zoom settings which can happen if you use the scroll wheel on the mouse while accidently touch the CTRL key.
Hold the CTRL key and scroll downwards to adjust the zoom size, you can also adjust the zoom manually but the location of the option differs depending on which browser you use.
