Skimming an N42 head

Hi, does anyone know if i will have to shim the cam towers on an N42 head if the machine shop take 20 thou off the bottom of the head or will the timing chain tensioner be able to "take up the slack" ? . The head isnt warped at the moment. Thanks

20 thou is well within tolerances - should be no problem.
