Does anyone know what this connector is for?
It is located near the fuseible links on a 260z
Also does anyone have the other half to this connector as I require it for the installation of relays. Top prices paid;)

Cheers

260z Wiring Connector

Here is a scan for part of the wiring loom on a RHD (up to) 1975 260Z which seem to illustrate the plug is for an air conditioner (it states it is redundant) - see coloured circles. I have the same redundant plug on my 10/77-built car.

Andrew,
I don't have a source for the other side of the plug, but I am visiting a Datsun specialist at the weekend so will see if he has got anything. I emailed him the link here.

Think thats the plug for the receiver/drier that is fitted just right and below the fuseible link on factory a/c have a photo but cannot upload it as it too large,

Would you not be better just cutting it out and replacing with a modern/different connector,
as the pins look pretty scabby, even if you find the correct opposite fitting the current flow could be compromised!

Plug Connector

Andrew,
The visit to the Datsun specialist today didn't go ahead, as I was anticipating, so I took the opportunity of looking through some boxes of parts I have. I managed to locate this NOS connector, pins and receivers still on the sprues, which I had forgotten about. PM me your address and I will send it to you.
