Sorry for the delay. I will concrete this but in previous years tickets have been available for purchase on the gate, cash only I believe. Otherwise buy in advance from the Beaulieu website.

Thanks, I read the Beaulieu website but it wasn't totally clear.

Thanks, I read the Beaulieu website but it wasn't totally clear.

The response for your request was as follows.
"Thank you for letting me know club numbers. Yes you can either pay in advance or on the day. We do have a card machine but cash would be preferred as the signal is intermittent on the machine."
Basically yes you can pay on the gate and cash is preferable. Sorry for the delay there.

Right, a slight change this year so pay attention haha.
The show ground is now open for display vehicles from 8am via a separate entrance, this is located on the B3054 on the other side of the village. Sign posted "simply Japanese additional parking". We are required to be on site in position by 9.30am. We are required to display a vehicle club pass, I haven't got these yet myself but once I do they will be coming to you.

Now this change may effect the convoy we've traditionally had from Tesco at Applemore because of timing. What I'm suggesting is that many of you won't want to get up and be ready to leave Tesco by 8-8.30. So that's a question, do we still want this? Maybe it will reduce its size. So I'm looking for feed back on this.

Lastly an early warning, especially to first timers to the event and area. The New Forest is a national park, as such there's a lot of wide life and live stock. There's a blanket speed limit, pretty much, of 40mph which is enforced. Should a cow or a pony, which roam freely around the park walk out in front of you your responsible. That includes the animals treatment or euthanasia and reimbursement to its owner. So don't be a wally. End lecture.

Further updates will be coming over the coming weeks and il try to get back to everyone's questions. It's promising to be a great day out in a great place.

I will be coming straight to the event, and probably won't arrive until about 9:29am :D

If your really that worried il take it off you and keep it. Lol

Its ok, I don't mind keeping it.

I have the right wing and headlight etc. on now. Need to sort out the nearside and rebuild the doors.

Then trim, windows and drive it!!

Haha good luck buddy. I'm hoping to get one of each zed car marque together for this in a line. Show off the history list. The Z31 is probably the one we're going to struggle with.

Right this is the current list. As you can see theres quite a few people now attending from across the three clubs. All members must be on site and in positition at Beaulieu Motor Museum by 9.30am at the latest. For arrival arrangements there are two options. Please use the entrance marked "Simply Japanese Additional Entrance" this is on he other side of the village on B3054, the main entrance will NOT open until 9am.

Either arrive casually and be parked up as it suits you before 9.30am.
or
There is a Rally point to catch up and join the convoy which will depart at 8.15am from The Applemore Tesco, the address for that is as follows;
Sizer Way,
Dibden,
Southampton
SO45 5JA
If I could request those that do wish to be in this group are present for 8am as we will be leaving at 8.15am sharp, if your late and the convoy has left then I do apologise but we have alot of cars to get into the site, plese make your way to the showground. Im sure it doesnt need to be said but Tesco have never moaned at us using this as a collection point, the store is closed at this time but any anti social driving and behaviour could jeapordise this option in future. DONT be a plank. Equally as previously mentioned its a 40mph limit most of the way with livestock everywhere so please stick to this whilst were in convoy, the clubs dont need any unwarrented attention.

I am still awaiting confirmation on these vechile club passes, I can only assume these will be generic print out affairs similar to what we did off our own back last year. Soon as I know I will inform you guys.
