Marco, sorry I can't do this one. Normallly I would be very keen but my car is now SORN'ed until next Spring (shame I don't get free tax - miss it by 2 months). Also for personal reasons Oct 13th is a very bad day for me.

However this does highlight how hard it is to get people on trackdays even at these prices.

Sorry to hear you cant make it Rob, but thanks for responding. Truer words were never spoken regarding the challenge of getting people out to these events, but when people hear about the fun we had and see the pics they will be more likely to join in next time!

I will contact the organizers tomorrow and secure four spots at the reduced price. Payment will need to made using the link in post #1.There's still time for people to join in as spots are still available.

Great stuff and you were so lucky with the weather.

The club held a trackday at Goodwood on this day in 2001 and the weather was fantastic then too.

What was your favourite corner, Copse (first one)?

We were on the Southern track so did not use Copse. Stowe and Club were fantastic, but my favorite was the high speed right left through the Ireland chicane and into Becketts. When you got it just right you could make up loads of time.

Not done the Southern course but I have done the GP a couple of times so used Stowe and Club - yeh good fun. The square left into Club is really tight isn't it?

I've also done the International which uses the link between Becketts and Abbey in the reverse direction to you.

I'm so pleased it was dry for you. Any video clips?

I'm sorry to say no video as I couldn't get the camera mount in time. The square left into Club (Vale) was very challenging, I probably only got it right a few times all day.
This was one of my attempts after I arrived a bit quicker than I should have -
