Well after a bit of research it think it means
I Have Samuri 0011, I might as well Have Samuri 0010 as well etc etc

Phil (red baron) did indeed manage to pry that one away from its previous owner and rescue it from the foliage. He has some work to do!

He's also referring to the fact that in addition to the 240Z/Samuri, he has a US import 260Z and a 280Z, the latter which, as I've said before, I will enjoy having a good look at in a couple of weeks at the Tatton show.

Forget #10 though Phil - put the budget into #11 and it's rebirth!

samuri register check your reg on there, also spike should have give some paperwork confirming its a samuri,

In all Honesty I do not think that Spike at the time was very good at keeping detailed records and info of what cars were worked on as I am sure that a lot of the works were done off the books
Lovely Man but not the best record keeper
