Runs bad since oil change

Update 2, it runs spot on with the old hitachi carbs, so something in the new ones. Can’t find anything suspicious, pistons rise and fall as they should, choke is smooth (one sounded abit gritty but it’s just the spring wrap)

The other thing I have come across when trying to sort out new carbs on a club members car is that the needles in the pistons are set incorrectly. The needles have shoulders on the end that goes into the pistons and these need to be flush with the surface of the piston. Any deviation in or out will make a carb run rich or lean respectively. No amount of fiddling with mixture and idle screws will help that until the needles are adjusted. I would check those next as the clamp screw may have become slack with use and the needle could have moved.
