Hey everybody, I'm pretty new to the web site and to the club personally however I'm no stranger as may dad was a member for a number of years before his death in 2007. I now own his 280zx 2+2 which is at this point undergoing a fair bit of restoration work but if all goes to plan she will be on the road by the end of this month! (I know great time of year for a Z but hey at least its another on the roads instead of in a scrap yard!) So any way back to my idea I used to live up in the Shetland Islands until October 07 when I moved with my Family down to Rochdale (just ouside Manchester) and having now got the Z down here and a Z Club membership I'm interested in finding like minded petrol heads that may be local to me and interested in meeting up on occasions going for runs, little day trips, meals etc. I know a great pub with a big car park and fine food hehe. 
So in a nut shell what I'm looking for is people interested in the local ish area to contact me if interested in meeting up etc. I hope this is ok with the club I'm not wanting to step on toes if they are already set up, but if I could get more Z's together then it would be great. So I hope to hear from you all soon, and your input to the idea. Also any contact from anywhere is much appreciated.
