Yes I spotted that - it has a bit of tin-worm though and needs paint (roof).

May be a good car 'in the round'.

It does look very clean, but too many things in the description and pictures are ringing my ‘ it’s gonna bite you in the ass car’ bell. Especially that rust in the chassis.

What lies beneath the red paint... It is a 2 seater though, and all in all seems reasonable.

But we’ve all had rusty Datsuns that everyone thought were bite you in the ass cars ,and I’ve got 1 now :EXTRAlol:but we get them sorted and love them :)
As someone will but wouldn’t pay that for it knowing the work and money it will take ;)

From my experience the cars I have worked on the most are the ones I have felt most attached to. The attachment comes after the work's done.
Totally. I'll never sell the red Fairlady Z because of this. It was the first car I ever really worked on and become totally invested in, and paved the way for what I'm doing now with Dixie. Though once Dixie is done, given everything I've learned doing that car, I might have to go back to "Red" and make some improvements!

I asked them for a few more pictures and this is another interesting one, not sure but this must mean a lot more rust treatment right?

And if you were considering it Herc - Huw can attest that parts for the 280ZX are even harder to come by than for the 240/260/260Zs!
