Has anyone had any experience of how to repair or replace the heater elements on a rear screen please?
Most of the elements on mine have disintegrated and don't work although I do have current going to the side bars. I have tried the paint and it is useless. Even with masking tape you can't get a thin straight line and it flakes off very quickly. It also looks a horrible mess from the outside.
I have been searching the internet and found a company in the States that does stick on elements that overlap the existing wires.

Has anyone tried anything like this? It looks expensive for what it is but it has to be cheaper than replacing the screen - even if I could find one for a 2+2.
Are their any places that do this sort of stuff in the UK that isn't the wide silver stuff?
