Very nice indeed. Excellent execution and hopefully will live up to expectations. My only comment would be to change the large FONT on the number plate as this only gives the boys in blue a reason to pull you over !

With it being a 70 I believe it's legally allowed those plates without any issue?

Your missing the point. Yes pre 1.1.73 registered cars can have silver & black plates but the font size has to comply with requirements still (IMHO)

It did run on the road with the plates with the L28 engine BUT its a easy fix if i do get stopped.

The only change i am going to make is the seats i want something like the Datsun Competition Seats i have found some new ones that are close in shape and size but my trimmer is going to have to work his magic to get a pair that will look similar.

Can I be a pain and get you to post some pics of your rear roll hoop? I've ordered one but would like to see how they fit with the standard seats. Pretty please!

Colour is the original flat (re-painted) Gold 920

Wheels are Watanabe RS R type
Rear 16" x 9.5" 255-50-16
Front 16" x 8.5" 225-50-16

ZG Overfenders are standard size on the fronts and Marugen Shoukai wider rears.

I will post up some picture of the full cage.

Thanks. I love the colour, Rare in this country too. Flat paints seem to show the lines a little better IMO.

Is that a baffled twin turbo pipe I see? Just got one myself. Also is that a stock rubber pipe or a aftermarket silicon one as it looks very shiny.


What size are your breather pipes? -10 or -12?
