Question on Filling Import forms

Hello Everyone,

I got the forms for importing the vehicle (it will arrive around the 11th of July).
The 384-form is asking me for this:
Price paid including deposit, commission & fees where these are not included in the supplier's invoice (please attach invoices): To confirm this asks for GBP paid for the purchase of the vehicle in total. It does not include any transport fees etc, right? Also, it mentions attaching any invoices but I do not have any, is there anything specific they would need?
Particulars of importation: This part is filled by the agent when it arrives? I know the place of importation and the approximate date, but not the bill of lading or the place of examination. Or those are the info on where it came from?
It also asks for the Engine Number which I do not know right now. I should have had it, but I do not have it. Can I leave it blank? or put Unknown?

Lastly, in the historical vehicle declaration it asks:
What purpose will you be using this vehicle for? I wrote "Personal Use".
Will you be using this vehicle as daily means of transport: I wrote "No". Does it matter whether I say no or yes here? If I put no but decide later to daily is that a problem?

I am attaching a picture of the completed form. Please let me know if I did anything wrong. Thank you for all the help.

I thought all the paperwork was done by the shipping agents and then put on the Nova system.

It has been a while but the import agent sorts out getting a nova for you. You pay them to get it off the boat and sort this. It needs to be stated its historic vehicle and you only pay 5%

I guess it depends if @Herc34es is using a shipping company that does it all for you or not?

I've literally just filled in the forms I needed to to import my 280z. I'm paying Kevin Hill Shipping to do it all for me - I've just had to sign a BIFA T's & C's doc, then 2 called ATAR forms, which look to be the same info those forms posted above are looking for, but in a simplified format.

Kevin Hill Shipping did my first car, It was supposed to be going to Southampton but ended up in Milton Keynes for some reason! I hope you get it in the right place. Paperwork was OK

Blimey! You mean in came in via Southampton but was then taken to Milton Keynes instead of where you live? Or was Southampton meant to be the final destination as well as the port? @BenjEtch used Kevin Hill and his 280z was safely delivered down the road from me, so fingers crossed it'll be ok.

Yep, can't say anything bad about Kevin Hill, had no problem with mine whatsoever and he handled all the paperwork. Was a breeze in my case!

Update: Filled forms etc and the agent was happy. A few days left for arrival. They will do the nova customs etc.

After i get the nova i apply for a registration right?

I was quoted 380£ from the agent to transfer, but i got 220£ from a local classic car tower (he tows a lot for the local restorer and has good reviews). Will update when itiz cleared

you might get asked for an inspection, I had an MOT quite quickly and missed that bit
