Sides ? This is no competition, besides, not being mean, but my car's not just the engine, everything else has been 'improved' so wouldn't be a fair 'fight' !

I think that's dissing Wyn's fantastic work a little. Don't forget that he has fitted a heavy duty custom prop, cosworth gearbox and that joyous LSD that allows me to crab sideways down the road out of junctions.

The brakes are 280zx units and all of the braking is being upgraded, got some parts on order at the mo. And, anyway, hopefully after discussions this weekend, we'll be looking at not just the engine but the supercharger as well!

It might not be 'mint' but it's certainly not too shabby from above. It passes it's MOT and keeps up with the family wagon, a 400bhp M5.:D

I sold the car to a very nice chap in Surrey. He collects cars but uses them and he wanted this as a track day car. It passed it's MOT not trouble and he is having it pepped up a bit.

I recommended the Z club to him but he's obviously happy as is. He's quite a well-off chap so I expect he probably has all the work done by a third party.

God I miss that beast, especially now we're approaching track day season, my 260Z isn't going on track!

Wyn, you might be pleased to hear that I'm back on Ducati's. Bought myself a 749 to scare myself

All that 2 wheel thing about dressing up in leather and hanging about in Matlock Bath with other "guys" is just to weird for me:conf2:

Used to have bikes in my younger days Russmeister dude, but the government went and invented the bike test didnt they (used to be able to ride a 250 on L plates for ever when I were a lad)

Still never did the leather thang though...to0 weird by half....cut offs, jeans, tassles and Doc's were the order of the day:thumbs: .

Naturally progressed on to cars when I realised they went around corners quicker, plus you didnt have to wear petunia oil and not wash for a month.

Tassles, that's as camp as it comes ;) Racers wear leather suits, I think it looks cool. And there aren't any corners at the Pod :p

To each his own, back on topic I guess, trying to find ZVRs owner and send him a membership pack...
