Plenum spacer installed issue

So I installed motordyne 5/16” plenum spacer and now it’s odd when I get into higher speed, for example if I’m going say 60-70 in 6th then flood it the revs go up about 1000rpm without it feeling like the engines pulling anything, it then settles back down to where it was and then begins to pull.

Is this just a engine remap needed or have I installed it wrong? I’m sure I installed all ok a remap makes sense and if so who’s the best place to go to and what steps do I take, I’ve spoken to a few remap places and they say I need to be more specialised as factory ecu doesn’t have many parameters to help.

Any help would be appreciated!

So I tried them and it worked fine, but then I stopped the car drove off again and it went back to how it was [emoji848]

I’m beginning to wonder if perhaps my clutch has started slipping at just a really randomly inconvenient time does this seem legit a car with 51k miles I’ve had it for 2200 so not long and I have no idea how the last owner used it?
