I took these in 1986 at Trentham Gardens near Stoke at a Group B rally stage being held there, Sam was in the car park.

I lived 800 yds from there for 12 years. I was a member of the Potteries and Newcastle Motor Club and I notice you are a runner. I was a member of the North Staffs and Stone Harriers many years ago and did the Potteries Marathon 3 times. Were you local to the area - I did used to see a black Datsun parked in a drive near me?
