I think there is only one 918. Yours does look more like that swatch than mine though. The 260 has the original sticker on the rad panel.

Loving this, you're 45 mins from me Mr T, I fancy an hour at yours for a look one weekend, if you're free?!

How are the floors looking?

Floors are reasonable, looks like some water got trapped under the soundproofing so there'll be at least one patch. If there's a dry weekend and you want to come down just give me a shout :)

have you cleaned the underside also? I wouldn't worry about a patch or two, I had the same.

Having a 1971 Orange Z myself, I am very partial to this color Z. Your looks like a great start for sure and nice battery tray to boot.

Bonnet, old wings and doors are off, radiator is out - I'm fast running out of room!

Looking good Mr T. Hope you're photographing everything and bagging and tagging like a good 'un.

No more horrors been unearthed I hope? Al pretty good so far?

What's the rad like? Is it an original one and are you going to reuse it?

You're making good progress there, I'm not having mine done now until late autumn so it's ready for spring next year, it would be too much of a rush to get it done this month, keep us updated!

I'm bagging and tagging some bits, a lot of the bolts etc. are going to have to be flat-out replaced though as the previous owner has bodge-replaced lots of the fixings and wiring.

Not anything too bad yet - I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

The radiator's non-standard but seems in OK condition. I'll probably be going for an ally one in the end so it doesn't matter too much.

It does time, especially with a method ...

If you were dismantling any old car, it'd take no time at all ... keep up the good work.

Got the big bits out! Tricky not having much room but it seems to be working out ok.
