Agree, great project car. I'd take solid bodywork over nice paint job every time. That way you can re-paint in the colour of your choice without worrying about it too much too.

Loose the rear side marker lights

I hope to have the Z in for it’s repaint early in the New Year, what’s the general view of having the rear side marker lights blended out? Or will this detract the future value of the Car?

If you are keeping it LHD then I'd leave them alone. John, in reference to your comment about removing the one on the front-wings surely they are a legal requirement and def. a safety feature.

Nice looking car. Looks ready for the road already! Do you have to do anything for UK road compliance like fog lights etc?

No idea of legality, but ive seen quite a few pics on Facebook recently where they have been removed,
though im sure most, if not all, were overseas cars.

There are a few uk cars I know of without the front side indicators. It's a much cleaner look IMO.
