New Z in town

After lusting after a 240Z for years and kicking myself for not buying one when I had the chance a few years ago, I have bitten the bullet and bought a American LHD 71 model. The car is from the dry state of California so the bodywork is in good shape but does need a respray and the dash is cracked. I will be getting stuck in to making her ready for use next summer (I have had a few drives, but work needs to be done) so I will be after some advice in the coming weeks. Dave from Glos

That looks a good 'honest' car to me. Shame about the lacquer but at least you know it hasn't had a recent 'blow over' to cover rust or damage.

Glass out respray, prep the underside and rebush it all, then use it in the summer .
