That is brilliant I’m on it now. I just couldn’t get my head round it but I don’t use sites hardly ever. Thank you. I’ll come back if I get lost again or die trying.

So my friend I spend 99.9999% of my forum time using the Tapatalk app on the iPhone. I find it much simpler to navigate but I’ve never liked forum software / navigation so I’m a bit of a Luddite! try Tapatalk and see how you get on.

Down loaded Tapatalk and when I tried to reply to this message it came up with a screen saying it does not exist. Or I don’t have access. Will keep trying.

I manage fine with just the basic forum software, never used, nor needed, tapatalk or anything similar. No issues on the laptop, tablet or phone.

Seeing your last couple of posts, it looks like your making a mistake when replying to someone's post.

When you press the reply button and the window opens, you type your reply directly within it, but underneath the text at the top with the quote html tags, in CAPITALS, at either end of it.

example:

[QUOTE="This is where the quoted text your replying to will be.[/QUOTE]

Your reply will be here

Also once in the 'reply' window, you can click on the 'more options' button on the right.

This will open into a bigger window, where you can preview the contents of your reply before committing to actually posting it on the live forum.
