Assuming you have a L-series, try this lot http://www.caarparts.co.uk/Engine-Parts/Engine-Gaskets-Seals/Nissan/Laurel/all/2.4/1982/Parts.aspx. They should be able to deliver to a local car spares shop pretty quickly. That's where I got my last one from.
