The question is why do you regret not buying the B110 coupe?

Because it was a Samuri? A bit of nice nostalgia ,maybe.
The performance ? Doubtful.
How much it would be worth now? Hmmmmm ,must be a factor.

Umm, none of the above really !
-nostalgia would be if it were a nissan works rally car or touring\track car which it aint.
-it was powered by a L28 with claimed 250bhp. More like 220. Modern CA18 would easily produce in excess of that on stage 1 tune and weigh far less in weight.
-its worth now? Nah I don't buy cars as investments. Otherwise my lockups would be full of old fords...even fiestas and orions are now on the money scene now shockingly.

Primary reason was that B110 had very nice flared arches. The front and rear arches had been flared by hand I think and this is something you rarely see nowdays. That added touch added a masculine presence to the car and really made it stand out. That for me was the biggest attraction...

However when I realised that the whole bulhead had been butchered to squeeze in a 6pot and the other mods which would require £ to reverse, I backed out...it went ok in a straight line, twisties were another challenge all together.

No, nostalgia is if your neighbour had one or Dad or whatever. If it was a works one, you'd sell your kids !:D

There are two for sale over here if anyone one (for nostalgias' sake) wants to make a replica...perhaps as an investment ?

The dash and steering wheel look to be in the right place on the driveway - had it already been re-converted ?

ps Agreed - looked beter then and that's before talking of rear wings
