nissansportz have been invited back to Leeds Castle again this year and I'd love you guys and gals to join us again!

This year it is being held on the weekend of the 12th and 13th May. The club will attend both days and you are welcome to come to either or both.

It's a really chilled out meet with lots of makes of cars and plenty to see and do.

The entry fee is £10 per car (up to 4 people) per day and includes full access to the castle and grounds.

If you are coming to both days then there will be a little social event you might like to attend on the Saturday night ;)

Here's the thread from 2016 and 2017 (with ever so slightly different weather conditions)

I've started the provisional attendees list on nissansportz but I will keep this one updated here:

Hi Paul, what's the plan on Saturday evening?

Please put me down for the Sunday again, hopefully the weather will be a bit kinder to us this year :)

Very good sir! Yes, let's hope the weather is more like it was 2016 - absolute scorcher!

The basic plan for Saturday evening is to go to a local hostelry and have a meal and a few shandies, and a lot of laughs! :)

Lol that would be nice to have the sun this time. Sounds like a nice idea, let me know the details when you book somewhere as I may come and join you for the evening even if I don't do the Saturday

Spoke to my dad this evening and mentioned this, assuming you don't mind he'd like to bring his Austin Healey on the Sunday again if possible?

I would like to come on the sunday if there is still space

Fantastic, yes!

I've also just heard of a 370Z owner on Germany who is coming. Distance from Kent is no excuse!!

I'll add you to the list when I'm near a PC :)

This is now a definite for me please Paul, I had agreed to be at another much smaller show with my local classic car club, but I really enjoyed ‘the moat’ last year despite the chilly weather! Fingers crossed for some sun this time

is there overnight camping available?
That's a good question. I have asked but not had an answer yet.

I don't think there has been in the past but I will check and come back to you.

Some people are staying at a Premier Inn near me in Ashford so we can have a beer and some food in the evenings - and a nice convoy to the event.

Cheers, not that easy finding places to park up with 40ft of motorhome and trailer so may have to give it a miss. My grandfather was gardener at Leeds castle so it would be good to get the car up that way and visit some old haunts. My father is buried in the church at Broomfield so is within sight of Leeds castle grounds.

Wow! Those gardens are amazing too. It would be great if you did come. I know they allow you to leave your car on site overnight if that helps.

Alternatively, there will be room for your rig at the Premier Inn (or very close to). There's also a truck stop nearby too.

As long as the girls don't find a sprint or hill climb to do that weekend then I will try to get there.

I've heard back from the organisers and they've confirmed that you can't camp over on site, unfortunately. However, you can leave your cars on site as there will be security overnight.
