folks, but I dont wanna miss out on the new club calendar for 2011 and i'm still showing as a non paid up member ! Don't really care to be honest, I'd donate the money and remain black ( as long as i get my paws on the calendar) 
Sorted.
Unfortunately when you renew via Paypal I still have to update the Membership Database manually. I tend to do this once a week but recently my notifications of renewals has not happened because our 'membership' emails are not visible to me, the webmail system is DOWN and has been for a few days - Russ knows.
I do have access to our Paypal account which I have just checked this morning and seen your recent payment.
This job is very labour intensive and Jak is currently working on automating our Paypal system.
