Map Tray under the glove box - Which cars had this?

I saw a Youtube video where the guy was upgrading his heater blower. Underneath and screwed to the glove box was a plastic panel where you could stow maps or other paperwork. My 240z doesn't have one neither does the carpartsmanual.com diagrams show one.

What cars were these fitted to ? USA market only ?

Can't comment on the map holder, but made me laugh at is drill usage when he said "oopps that ones stripped" yeah no shit Sherlock..... your drills on stupid RPM/Torque!!
