The Zeds just get better!
I've been to Mallory today and saw a great 70's Roadsports Race. Matt Bannister won after a fantastic start (superb result) and Charles Barter was second, half a lap in front of two Lotus Sevens, in the wet! Mr F performed a very timely wheel/tyre change for Matt, just before the start. These two were the class of the race however Paul Stafford drove very well in his 240 (on dry tyres) and Clive Foskett was doing fine (first time at Mallory) until a misfire took hold.
As usual Dave Jarman was on hand to keep 'his cars' competitive.
It's been a good weekend for the 240 again, looking at the rally links. What a car (not forgetting the drivers of course)!!
