Make This An Open Public Forum

Why not make this an open Public forum, you would get many more opinions, items for sale and I think, members?

Erm... what do you mean by open public forum? Anyone on the internet who has the address for www.zclub.net can join the forums.

The only reason members must be authorised is to prevent a script from overloading the server or making up random members which would crash the board.

Not a good idea IMHO - you end up with idiots doing all kinds after hitting on it after following crawler (IE google) searches.
