Does anyone have a list of these to hand? If so, any chance they could be added to the calendar?

If not, don't worry, I'll call Kathleen and add them myself.

For that matter, how about actual publication dates too? Would be nice to know.

Have made you a committee member now which gives you slightly more privaleges and you should be able to see some extra forums now
